The best patient outcome is always our priority for our patients who come in injured or in pain. While there are many great physical therapists and chiropractors out there, the biggest advantage Back & Body Medical has is its collaborative approach to patient pain and condition. Why? Because if a patient condition is more complex than normal, we have a multitude of treatment options available under the one roof, chiropractic, physical therapy, cold laser therapy, acupuncture, medical massage and more.
But the real advantage is the wealth of experience and knowledge our doctors have together. Our collaborative approach means that we are able to come together, discuss the patient’s issues, identify what the best way to treat is and to come up with an individual treatment plan for that patient. And as treatment progresses, we are always able to continually come together, review and enhance the plan as the patient’s condition changes.
To this end, it has made Back and Body a very good source for other doctors around the country to learn from. We frequently have doctors from other parts of the country come in and shadow us for a period of time to learn how we do things and for them to go back to their own practices and apply what they have learned. Back & Body’s influence is greater than its immediate surroundings and many of its systems are employed elsewhere by other providers.
We also see many students come in and shadow us as well. This provides them with useful insight as to how treatments are applied in the real world and also introduce them to a multi disciplined approach that they may never have considered before.
Just recently, we had Michael shadow us in our Springfield location as he is home on holidays from chiropractor school at Palmer College in Florida. We love being able to help others in the field be able to see a different way of caring for patients across the States. It’s just one other way we love to give back to patients.
Our collaborative care approach has enabled us to help thousands of patients over the years and our concepts are also being used in other practices across the country helping increase positive patient outcomes.
