Increase Recovery Rate from Exercise

They did a blood test pre and post high-impact exercise activities. The post blood test showed amino acid markers which are linked to collagen synthesis.

So this basically said with this supplement you have immediate tissue repair going on after high impact activities. So, if you are a person who does high-impact exercises, like running, or box jumps, or Olympic weightlifting, or heavy weightlifting in general, you should consider adding vitamin C with gel supplementation into your diet routine to avoid joint degeneration and improve tissue repair.
