E-Cigarette Dangers

We’ve all seen a person using an e-cigarette in a place where smoking isn’t allowed and their argument is that it’s completely safe, it’s just vapor. So the question becomes are e-cigarettes toxic? or are they safe? We’re going to talk about the latest research on this Back & Body video.

You’ve all been wondering when you see people using e-cigarettes in places that wouldn’t be appropriate for a cigarette but they think it’s completely okay because apparently there’s a thought that the vapor is clean and there’s no product.

However, they took a look at the 5 leading brands and they did analysis and found out that the 5 contained some interesting things. They contained cadium, chromium, led which we all know is completely unsafe, magnesium and nickel. All of those mentioned are considered heavy metals and they’re known to be toxic if inhaled. Now, the researchers did state they weren’t sure if the aerosol product was also allowing the user of the e-cigarette to inhale the heavy metals but it makes you wonder if it’s in the liquids being vaporized, where will the heavy metals go? This will be taken into consideration, not only for the person using e-cigarettes but any secondhand users who may be around a person who uses an e-cigarette realizing that you may be exposed to the possibility of heavy metals inhaled. This does warrant further research studies to see about what kind of exposures are around, but until we find out more information you’d be better off safe than sorry.
