You may remember we sent out an email last week letting you know that we have a new chiropractor starting with us, well today’s the day (17th July) he starts.
We are very excited to have him on board and we fully expect him to integrate with our practice quickly and smoothly. His entire career he has worked at multi-disciplinary practices like Back and Body and thus already understands the patient flow and other options available when treating his patients.
His is very experienced having graduated in 1992 as a chiropractor from the New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, New York. He has worked at 5 different clinics for various time spans, with the longest being at Doctors United Inc where he not only treated patients, but was also heavily involved in the administrative affairs of the office. This experience and knowledge will be invaluable to us here at Back and Body.
Why is it important that he knows and understands how a multi disciplined practice works? Well, the answer is straight forward as it means he will slot into our team and be able to help patients get the treatment that they need depending on their condition. For example, he may see chiropractic treatments on a patient not getting the results as expected and so will be able to collaborate with other care givers in our office and work out a different treatment process to get that patient the results they are seeking.
So it is very important that anyone new coming into our practice understands this process and it is why we spend a lot of time sourcing the right people to come on board and add to the already high level of knowledge and skills the office has to offer.
So again, we welcome Dr Ferrar and look forward to him being able to help you, our patients get the right treatment and out of pain and fit again as efficiently as possible.
