We have some great news to announce which we will make our patient’s lives, ie yours, much easier. We are proud to officially launch our new online scheduling service here at Back and Body in New York. What’s more we have a few options for you to make an appointment.
Firstly, you can simply Google us (Back and Body New York) and find our Google business listing and click on the appointments link (see image below).
Click on that link takes you to a step by step process for you to book your appointment. You can also get there from this website, the Book an Appointment link at the top of the page on the menu bar.
Both ways will enable you to go through the same process to make your appointment, pretty similar to many other booking systems online.
We have another way to book without having to pick up the phone or anything. This is through an app that you can download for your phone.
Firstly, on your phone, go to TheSchedulingApp.com
Click on the relevant app store link (Apple Store or Google Play for Androids)
The app will download and install on your phone.
Open it.
At this point it will ask you to enter the Clinic ID. For Back and Body NYC, this ID is: ORTKJR
Click Continue to submit the code and then accept the Terms of Service.
The app will then confirm the correct clinic is displayed. It should look like this:
Once you accept, you will then be prompted to enter your contact information including email address.
Once submitted you will be sent an access token via text or email for you to confirm this information, and then you are good to go.
Booking an appointment is fast and easy with this app. The beauty is if you are running late, you can simply open the app and rearrange your appointment times, quickly and easily.
